Seven Steps
Appointment: Please call ahead for an appointment. I may be out
showing property or involved with other customers. By calling me first, you can
rest assured that I will be available for you! I have staff and voice mails in
the office to receive my calls and to take messages. I RETURN ALL CALLS as soon
as I can. This allows me to stay completely focused on finding YOU that perfect
piece of property or Your next Dream Home.
Interview: I must know certain facts in order to show you the right
property. Your family size, past and present employment status, income range,
debt load, present home status, desired price range and location are a few of
the things I need to know. The more I know, the better I can assist you in
making your dream home come true.
Financing: Rely on me to help you select the best financing packages
available to suit the property and your needs. Every week I receive updates from
all of the major lending institutions in the area. I am familiar with several
different options available to buyers requiring financing from VA to FHA, from
stressed credit to excellent credit.
Home Hunting: I can show you photographs and listing information in
the office or via fax or e-mail, then take you through properties for viewing.
I'll show you the outside and the inside and answer or get answers to any
questions you might have.
Offer: When you find the right property, I will assist you in
preparing a purchase offer for presentation to the seller. To validate your
offer a deposit is required in most cases. Your deposit is applied to the
purchase price upon acceptance of the offer. If your offer is declined, the
deposit will be promptly returned.
Accepted: Your offer will be presented to the seller. If negotiations
are necessary, I will handle the negotiations from start to finish. Once your
offer is fully agreed upon and signed by both parties it becomes a binding
contract. From this point on the entire transaction is based on the purchase
contract.
Closing: From the time you write the offer until the sale is safely
closed, we will work closely lender, attorney, surveyor, appraiser and all other
parties involved in the transaction to insure a smooth closing.
